While I Am Waiting

I know I promised everyone pictures of J's first birthday, but I am lazy. I still haven't pulled out the camera to download the pictures. And then there is the weeding and editing. With the headaches I've been having this week, it doesn't sound like fun.

I am on Day Four of the 17 Day Diet and doing awesome! I didn't weigh this morning, but yesterday I was down 3.2 pounds {since Monday when I started}! I am losing about 1.8 pounds a day. I do expect that to slow, but if I keep it up, I will be down almost 10 pounds in the first week. I also haven't had coffee since Saturday morning. And that is the reason for the headaches. I am so happy to have finally broken back into the 160's. I have been trying for months now.

I have a couple "assignments" and projects I am excited to share with all of you! And I will by the end of the week. {Well, I'm still waiting on one, so we'll see.}

I am very close to completing my 3rd week of the gym! It feels awesome. I'm going to start weight training next week. The machines have been calling my name, but I haven't been brave enough to try them yet. And it's a little unnerving when all those buff guys and gals are watching you... {Okay, so they aren't really paying attention, but when you are an obese woman at the gym, it certainly feels like they are.}

I hope everyone is having a great week and staying warm in all this storm weather the West has been getting!

I'm really sorry you've been having the caffeine headaches. They are the worst. I stopped drinking coffee and switched to tea because I like my coffee with lots of cream and sugar and now with tea I'm happy with a little splenda.

I'm really excited to see how much you lose by day 17. Stick with it! I'm proud of you.

Oh how much I'm looking forward to just being under 200. 160 is actually where I'd be happy at. Congadualations with dropping into the 60's. You'll make it! I'm confident in you!
